We were only using the car to go to and from the airport on a trip with two toddlers, so overall it did the job. Unfortunately when we arrived the two car seats I requested were not in the car. They did resolve this and bring them to us promptly, but one of them did not have the straps attached to the seat so we had to spend 20 minutes with 2 exhausted kids in 90* heat assembling a carseat. The car also smelled very strongly of cigarettes which was not ideal. The car got us from point a to point b so it was fine overall, but I would not rent again.
