The renter demanded a refund because they “only used for 5 hrs”. The request was denied because the daily rate still applies.
Unfortunately guest is choosing to retaliate with a completely false review.
The car was great. It drove perfectly and was in great condition. If I use turo again it will be for this car.

The car was in great condition, clean, and exactly as described. It drove well, and overall I had a very good experience with the vehicle itself.
The only area that could use improvement is communication around pickup. I didn't receive any pickup instructions ahead of time, and the pickup address didn't clearly match the business name on the listing, so I ended up having to ask around to find the car. I also didn't receive the check-in/verification instructions until I had already located the vehicle and was about to message the host for the lockbox code, even though I could have completed that process earlier if the instructions had been sent in advance. It would have been nice if the delay had at least been acknowledged.
Other than that, everything went smoothly. With more timely pickup communication, this would have been a five-star experience.
