Car was great, pickup and drop off easy, only issue was I had was the time for drop off. Our flight arriving was delayed, I contacted owner, and he was able to deliver the car around 2:45 instead of 1:30 as our pickup was delayed till 3 pm. I assumed we had until 3pm on the last day but this turned out to not be the case. Had to get it back by 1:30. No change due to later pickup. Not a big deal but annoying.
Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the car was great and pickup/drop-off were easy. We were happy to adjust delivery due to your flight delay. For returns, the trip still ends at the time shown in the app unless an extension is requested and approved. We did offer an extension, but there was an added cost, which you declined. Unfortunately, we can’t extend trips for free as it affects scheduling and future bookings. We appreciate you renting with us.
