Car was not clean on the outside upon pick up. Car started making loud noise mid trip and air didn’t work. Air not working wasn’t checked on my end in the beginning so clearly my mistake. Gas cap was broke again not seen until end of trip so my fault not pulling it out at beginning of trip. Host responded asap with finding solutions but for a one day trip it was inconvenient.
