I had the 2018 jeep for a month almost. The host were all responsive and when the car needed an oil change it was performed right away. The jeep ran smooth especially over all the potholes and craters in Philadelphia. Thank you so much.

The host Eugene asked me for my phone number so he could reach me which was weird. No one on Turo has ever asked me for my phone number. You text through the app. I didn’t give my number to him. When I returned the car he lied and said I had a collision so he could get money out of me.
The vehicle was brought back with significant damage. We provided before and after photos and Turo agents also looked it over. Thank you for you feedback.
