The 2025 Hyundai Tucson was excellent overall and a pleasure to drive. It was clean, comfortable, fuel-efficient, and the host made the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. The only issue I experienced was that the infotainment screen occasionally went monochrome for about 30 minutes at a time, which happened three times during my trip. Aside from that minor glitch, everything else was great, and I would happily rent this vehicle again.

The car was ok. It drives nice. There was a problem with the screen going in and out which was a problem when needing to use the maps. Otherwise it was fine. The biggest issue was with the communication. I messaged several times about the screen issue with absolutely no response from anyone. The car itself was ok.
