Car was dirty on the outside, it had a dent in the car & what I paid for the vehicle it shouldn't been any dents in it. The car ran very sluggish. My pickup was @ 4pm they didn't have it ready on time & it was still dirty, I didn't leave their warehouse til 5pm. I asked could I change vehicle's & the host just ignored me. Worst experience ever on Turo.

The Ford check engine light came on.

Pick up easy and seamless! Car was fine for the most part! The check engine light was on and off throughout the trip but I didn’t experience any issues!

The car was clean and the service was friendly, easy and straight forward. The only issues I experienced on my trip was the engine light turning on, the car having difficulty starting after pumping gas, and random occasions of large clouds of black smog coming out of the exhaust after accelerating during the tail end of the trip. The service was excellent but the car needs work. I would rent from this provider again, but with a different vehicle. One thing I would suggest is notifying customers about potential issues with the vehicle so customers are aware of what to expect when renting vehicles such as this. Outside of that, the vehicle functioned properly and I was able to return safely without any further issues. Thank you.
