Good rental but the car could use some upkeep. The car drove well but had a bunch of scratches and bumper damage and some minor missing hardware.

They charged me $88 for an extension till 9 o’clock from 4:30 PM mind you me renting the car from 4:30 yesterday to 430 today was $88 and then when I canceled the extension early on after realizing that they took another $88 out of my checking account, they still didn’t give me my money back and every time I try to talk to someone, they always all of a sudden have a technical difficulty but when I talk to them about anything else, there was no difficulties

Hi Lavar, I'm sorry for the frustration with the charges. To be clear about how it works: hosts don't bill guests directly — extension pricing and all charges are set and processed by Turo. The extension to 9 PM was charged by Turo's system as an additional rental period, and any refund for the canceled extension is Turo's decision as well, not ours. I understand the runaround with support made it worse, and I'm sorry your trip ended this way.
