2nd time renting this vehicle. It is the perfect around the city and town lil SUV. Love it. Will rent again for sure. And the team is very responsive and helpful

The communication and responsiveness deserve 5 stars. They were very responsive throughout the rental process, and I have no complaints in that area.
Unfortunately, the overall rental experience is why I would not rent from them again. The parking situation came with an additional cost that I was not expecting. Between picking up and returning the vehicle, I paid approximately $60 in parking fees. That significantly changes the actual cost of the rental and should be made very clear upfront. Because of this, I’ve gone back to using traditional rental car companies where the total cost is more predictable.
I was also concerned about the condition of the vehicle. As soon as I turned the car on, the tire-pressure warning was on, and all four tires were showing low pressure. There was also a Nor’easter during my rental, and the windshield wipers were in poor condition and could not adequately handle the weather.
Vehicle maintenance is extremely important, especially when someone is paying to rent a car and relying on it for transportation. I should not have to spend my rental time checking tire pressures or worrying about needing roadside assistance.
Great communication, but the unexpected parking costs and vehicle maintenance issues made this a rental I would not repeat.
