I wish they would’ve told me the pickup location required walking atleast 5 mins to get the vehicle… instructions wasn’t too clear and on top of that it was raining so i was cold and soaking wet while trying to find car in lot! I also was told during pick up (after explaining my medical condition which limits me walking long distances) that drop off will be easier and somebody will meet me closer in lot to get car but they lied!

Good communication but lock box was wrong code
No smoking allowed
