Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Didn’t get the car we chose but was given another car. It was actually an upgrade. Nice car and great service.

Both the host and cohost rating is a five out of five however, the vehicle that I originally got, which was this Cadillac had some minor issues that were not able to be predicted and out of their control however, Toro customer support I rate a one out of five. Vehicle was very clean doesn’t smell like smoke very luxurious vehicle small enough for a business trip as I used it for this one will consider renting from this host again during my next business trip. I will add the host was very quick at giving me and scheduling me a replacement vehicle at the same location that I picked the original vehicle up from.

Pick up was easy but a bit confusing in the dark as the signage for car share exit was not well lighted. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with some minor maintenance issues.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
