Horrible communication. I waited in the garage when my flight arrived messaging multiple times “where is the car”. The very first text I ever got from the host was 1 min after the trip started. I didn’t even know the general direction of where to go.
When I decided to leave on an earlier flight, the host said he doesn’t have anyone available to pickup the car so he charged me an extra $25 for parking. Car was clean, but no directions for pickup or drop off regarding the keys. No bag for the keys - the whole thing made me feel like I was a nuisance for renting the car. The exact opposite of why I choose Turo over a corporate company. NO SERVICE WITH THIS HOST.
False claims, Your flight arrived early, Car was delivered atleast 5min before the trip start time. Airport parking isn't free for the host so when you make sudden changes it becomes really inconvenient for us to deliver and pickup cars from the airport specially during the weekdays. I have a full time job during weekdays.
