I have mixed feelings about this rental.
The good: The owner/business was very responsive and gave clear instructions for pickup and drop off. Also, I was familiar with this location (having rented from here before) so I had no problem finding the garage. Plus, the location was a short walk from my apartment.
For this particular car, I chose it because the overall price was the most affordable on the app for the dates I needed the rental.
When I picked up the car, I felt the interior upholstery on the seats were well maintained (with no rips or holes), the inside dash was clean, and there were no weird odors emitting from the car.
The not so good: The car has quite a lot of cosmetic dents and scratches all over the exterior (not a big deal for me since I kind of expected that with the age of the car). Inside, the panel that covers the sunroof on the ceiling of the car is missing, which again I didn’t mind because I do enjoy some sunlight coming in from the top; however, I was not too keen on the piece of metal (or hard plastic) jutting out of the ceiling above the passenger side that I presume used to be attached to the now missing panel.
As for the drive, the steering wheel was quite difficult to turn. It definitely needs some power steering fluid. There were a few notifications that indicated the car needed other maintenance, too. For example, it was low on oil. The brakes were also a bit rough. In addition, at one point during my trip, I was driving at night while it was raining and realized how dim the headlights were to the point that I had to pull over to check if I even had my headlights on.
Finally, I should have looked into the details more for this specific car, because it required 93 Octane when filling up. This car already did not have great gas mileage compared to other cars I’ve rented in the past, but the requirement for 93 made it sooooo much more expensive. Gas prices are no joke. It ended up NOT being the most affordable option when gas was factored into the overall price.
Final thoughts: Would I rent this particular car again? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Would I rent from this location/company again? Maybe. But I would be much more mindful of how old the car is, the mpg, and what type of gas the car takes.

The sun roof was broken and it was extremely hot with direct sun on you at all times. This also wasn’t communicated in the description of the vehicle. Photos of the car and interior were also nor completelt accurate but overall a good experience and the owner was very helpful and communicative.
