Terrible host. Did not care about vehicle provided not working. Had two of my kids in the car under 20° weather with no heater available in the vehicle. The vehicle has over 100,000 miles. , drives very rough brakes are not good and the visibility with headlights are very poor . Bluetooth does not work in the vehicle either.
I would never recommend this host or this vehicle. They did not even offer me a swapped car I will never be using them again .

We strongly disagree with these claims. The vehicle was inspected prior to the trip and was fully operational, including the heater and brakes. No issues regarding heat, safety, or drivability were reported during the rental.
These concerns were only raised after the guest noticed a luxury vehicle on our lot and requested a free upgrade that was not part of the original booking. When that request was declined, false claims were made. We stand by our vehicle condition, records, and transparency.
