The worst experience ever. This car broke down on me the first night of me having it. I was in the middle of the highway when it started to shake vigorously and a “drive system malfunction” warning appeared causing me to have to pull over twice in the middle of the night. Inspection was due and the check engine light came on as I attempted to drive. I reached out to the host and there was terrible communication-often times me just being left on read and forced to drive in unsafe conditions. I was the main one reaching out and sending multiple messages due to the slow response time from the hosts. The car was towed days later and I was forced to pay out of pocket for two new rental cars due to me being 2+ hours away from home. I told the host that I want a full refund for the inconvenience and the host did not honor my request. This is the most unprofessional and laziest experience of my life and I can’t believe I was almost stranded due to this. For the amount of money I paid I received the worst service possible and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Nobody should be treated the way I have been throughout all of this. Would never recommend booking with this company or Turo in general.

Always a great company to deal with, pick up and drop off is very easy, The Host has great communication skills and a communicated with me through the whole ordeal. This is definitely one of the best companies I have dealt with and I will continue dealing with them
