### Disappointing Turo Experience
I rented an Audi Q3 through Turo to take my son to college, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The vehicle had a **terrible cigarette smell that was not disclosed before the rental**, despite Turo having a strict no-smoking policy. We had to air the car out just to get the smell to a tolerable level for the trip.
I later wanted to extend the rental, and the host, Paul, did try to compromise and lower the price as much as he could, which I appreciated. However, Turo’s rate was still too high. Considering the discomfort and inconvenience we experienced from the cigarette odor, I was disappointed that **Turo offered no compensation or adjustment at all**.
I ended up switching to another vehicle for the extension. Thankfully, it smelled much better, but overall, the experience still only earned **4 stars at best**. I expected Turo & Paul to stand behind its no-smoking policy and do more when a renter receives a vehicle in a condition that clearly goes against that policy.

Was dusty had a weird smell, and it smelled like burn rubber the tires it drove like the tires was rubbing next to thst It was a beautiful vehicle.

Smoke odor in the car was unbearable and was not disclosed prior to pick up. The wheel was filthy and again was not disclosed prior to pick up. After returning early, I was only given a partial refund.
