Loved my time from start to finish with the Rivian. Adrianna was accommodating with drop off location when our trip changed a bit. She was also always extremely quick to response when I had any questions. I have a family of 5 that does not pack lightly and the Rivian had plenty of space for 5 large suitcases as well as 5 backpacks and 2 duffels. The Frunk came in major handy! If we come back to Scottsdale again we will definitely we renting the Rivian with Adrianna and Matt!
