Car overall was great however not in the tidiest condition, car also had damage to the outside that was not communicated prior to hiring

This Highlander was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Directions for pickup and drop off at ORD were very clear. It only took about two minutes to get to the parked car from baggage claim. I highly recommend booking this Highlander. Thank you Emmie!
