This was my first time using Turrp and I wish I could leave a higher rating, but we had several issues with the car, which although didn't prevent us from driving the car, the numerous warning alerts on the dashboard were very concerning.
We sent a picture to Brothwrs, but they said it was from a blocked camera, I'm not sure that was the issue because we had several different types of alerts from 'Warning Error' to "Warning consult owners manual". Also, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke oder.
The process for return is much more involved than a regular airport rental, requiring us to take 25 photos. Unless there isn't another option, I won't be using Turro again.
Hi Lisa, we respectfully disagree with portions of this review and would like to clarify the circumstances for future guests. The vehicle was delivered clean and in good condition at pickup. The dashboard alerts referenced were not mechanical issues; they occurred after driving when insects temporarily obstructed the front camera sensor, triggering warning messages. The vehicle remained safe and fully operational throughout the trip. We also did not identify the odor concern reported.
