The vehicle was repossessed during my active three-month reservation, leaving me without transportation and with no advance notice. I spent hours searching for the car and even went to the police station because I initially believed it had been stolen. The host was unresponsive while I was trying to understand what had happened. I also had personal belongings left inside the vehicle and had to deal with significant inconvenience because of the repossession. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this host again.
