The car pictures look a lot nicer than the actual car. Interior multiple stains everywhere, including cigarette stain, stains.
Exterior, many scratches, dents, and missing pieces.
Had to pay the full airport parking lot price to leave a lot. Past Turo experiences the host has left the car closer to pick up window. Have done multiple Turo rentals in this was the least worthwhile.
I’m sorry for your experience with the vehicle. This is one of the most rented vehicles in my fleet due to its affordability and space, so it naturally gets more wear from frequent use. Regardless, it remains mechanically sound and reliable. I do have a seat cover for the cigarette burn on the passenger seat. Airport parking fee instructions were also clearly stated in the listing before booking.

Car was really good on gas but was costly to fill. Host was great and the car drives extremely smooth. Highly recommend.
