The car was great. Clean, well maintained, all the amenities you would want or expect a rental car. My only issue was with drop off and pick up at the airport. The offsite parking lot shuttle was terribly unreliable and led to extremely long wait times. I used Turo to see if there was a more convenient option than your typical rental car companies and the shuttle brought the two options back to even.
Thank you for leaving this review Mason. As noted in our correspondence, the delays you experienced were unusual and not a typical experience. Shuttles run every 20 minutes or so. I have been in contact with the shuttle company and they indeed were experiencing some longer wait times on that night. Adjustments have already been made to ensure a better experience in the future guests.

Easy to drive, basic features and clean car, need usb-c charger to connect to Apple car play. Owner was very clear with rules as well as where to find and park the car, quick communication and very kind.
