First time renting from Turo so I had slight issues and he assisted me with every question. Renting from him was the easiest and most helpful experience, choose this car/host!

Seats stained and looks unsanitary. Overpriced rental. Not worth it until cleaned properly.

Please be warned that the entire experience working with Turo has really gone down the drain if you are picking up and dropping off from the airport! Not exactly the host’s fault as Turo is not allowed to park on airport property.
You have to take a shuttle to offsite parking (10 min drive there). It took us 35min for a shuttle to finally show up to pick us up from the airport. When it dropped us off at the offsite parking, you have to walk 10 min with all your luggage to get to the actual car.
When we dropped off the car in the same parking lot, there were no open spaces. There were cars blocking one another, parked in the grass, etc. The host says that you could be fined if you block someone. It took me 15 min just to park the car in an acceptable spot (not an actual spot) and another 10 min to walk back to the main building to wait for the shuttle. There was traffic on the shuttle ride back to the airport (20min).
The offsite parking is seriously inconvenient to say the least. You have to budget an extra hour each way just to pick up and drop off your car!
With that said, the Host was very kind and responsive. Gave us an extra hour at the end of the trip as our flight was delayed.
