The car had a flat tire upon pick up. It caused my trip to be delayed due to having to get the car serviced.

We appreciate your feedback, and truly sorry for the screw in the tire affecting the beginning of your trip. Pre-trip photos confirm no tire damage at pick up, so it appears the hazard was encountered after departure. Our records also show replies within minutes in conversations. We also respectfully note that at drop-off, the lock box was left open with keys exposed, creating a security risk. We've reviewed but find no negligence on our part, thanks again for your honesty, it helps us improve.
