The good:
It’s a beautiful vehicle that is in great condition, and we thoroughly enjoyed driving it while on vacation. The return was simple and we appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle.
The bad:
After waiting nearly 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, we arrived at the parking lot to discover the vehicle was not available. The previous guest did not return the vehicle until after our reservation time started, causing us to wait nearly an hour. While this is not the hosts fault, the issue was not communicated to us until after we had taken their shuttle from the airport to the parking lot. Fortunately, they had an air conditioned office where we could wait, but that’s obviously not a great way to start an Orlando vacation. This was our first Turo experience and it did not get off to a good start, but the host was very apologetic and was working to get us into a different vehicle when the previous guests finally arrived with the car we had reserved.
If it weren’t for the issue with the pickup, I would have given 5 stars.
