Had a difficult time making contact with the host once I was ready to pick up the vehicle. Location of vehicle wasn't clearly marked and we were not informed that we would have to pay to get vehicle out of lot. The vehicle ran rough and there was a consistent thumping in the suspension system. The overall condition of the vehicle needed a little work.

Bruno was amazing, very efficient, clean and communicative!! Car was excellent and up to par for all our needs!! I would definitely recommend Bruno!! Can’t wait to rent from him again! Thank you!!
