The car did not drive well at all, the host set the top speed at 80 with no warning before booking as well as locking out the radio to 14 which is not even half volume. It was very hard to enjoy the ride with the music being at such a low volume. Apple CarPlay did not work even after using several different cords and phones. The whole ride was very restricting and disappointing.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Every rating has been 5 stars because we provide great service and reliable vehicles. If there was an issue, you should have communicated and we would have resolved it. But we were unaware of all you mentioned, we will look into why this was changed. Also, speed limit in Florida is 70 at top, if top speed you say was 80mph, why would you want to risk driving over that, break the law, and put others at risk... This vehicle drives excellent, no problems at all.

My apologies for the inconvenience as of where the vehicle was located at pick up, but I was only following Turo's strict airport rules as to where I am allowed to drop off and park the vehicle, and that is out of my control.
