We had an excellent experience renting from What the Bruck! The vehicle was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. It drove great and was the perfect vehicle for our trip, making everything from city driving to exploring the area comfortable and enjoyable.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made the pickup and drop-off process incredibly easy. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything went smoothly.
We would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a reliable, fun, and hassle-free rental experience. Thank you for helping make our trip even better!

So the owner was very responsive which was a positive, but the vehicle itself was not what was expected. It was dirty on the outside, there was beach sand in the floormats, interior was not very clean overall. The windshield had a big chip in it dead center of drivers view, another chip in windshield on passenger side, and there was a sticker that was on the driver side that was peeled off and they never cleaned up the glue. The truck itself was very noisey on the inside. The dashboard had change oil light popping up. I know its not a luxury vehicle but it was just not what i was expecting. I returned it the next day and got a rental from a reputable company

We did apologize for the experience not meeting your expectation, however - those windshield chips, were gelled repaired chips, we informed you of this. It’s very clear to see that. Also it’s a convertible vehicle, removable roof, yes it will be louder than a non convertible.
I am sorry, but the accuracy of this review is not reflecting reality of the condition of the vehicle or the service provided.
