Great rental. The car rode very smooth. The process was super easy from beginning to end. Clear instructions were provided and fast responses on communications. Would definitely book again!

The car itself was very nice and drove well. Unfortunately, there was a very strong marijuana odor inside when we picked it up. The host was polite and apologetic and did offer to swap vehicles, which I appreciated. However, the exchange location would have required a 45-minute to 1-hour drive each way from where we were staying. Since we were only in town for seven days, I didn’t want to spend additional time coordinating a swap.
Because we were traveling with a 4-year-old and a newborn, the smell was overwhelming for the first few days. I cleaned out the vehicle and aired it out as much as I could to help reduce the odor. Ultimately, we ended up having my wife, kids, and in-laws ride in a different vehicle while I drove this one alone.
We appreciate the review. The odor wasn’t reported at pickup, and by the time we were notified you had already left. We immediately offered multiple swap options, including a Cybertruck, but a delivery was preferred over a quick exchange. The vehicle had been ozone-treated prior. At return, there was no odor present. So you never know….
