Car started to shake after going over a certain speed
Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with this review. The vehicle was professionally cleaned immediately before delivery, and both our inspection photos and the guest's own check-in photos on Turo clearly show the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. Regarding the alleged warning light, BMW ConnectedDrive records show no active faults or issues before the trip. We document every trip and remain committed to providing clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicles.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
