The vehicle was provided with nearly bald tires in the front, which of course I had during some major rains, and felt unsafe driving the vehicle. I mentioned to the owner and they simply dismissed it as being false and untrue, citing the the dealer recently inspected the vehicle and didn’t mention it. The tires were clearly worn out in the front and because they responded this way to me, I am leaving them 3-stars and will not be using them in the future. They should take safety seriously.

Beautiful new bmw, with amazing interior. Would definitely rent again.
