I rented many cars through Turo and this was the first time I had to pay for parking that they parked their car at the airport.

Hi Vinh,
Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify your concern regarding airport parking fees.
At Amped Auto Rentals, we provide every guest with detailed airport pickup and return instructions, including parking rates and payment responsibilities. These instructions are sent through Turo messaging before vehicle pickup.
Our message specifically states: "Both airports: you pay parking at pickup, we pay it on the return."
We are unsure which portion of these instructions
Prestige service 11/10
