Pick up and drop off were very easy. Host was very quick to respond. We’ll book again if we come back to Ontario.

The car drove great, and the host was very responsive, but the CarPlay system and Bluetooth audio did not work, so we were not able to listen to music for the entire trip which was a letdown.
Additionally, the trunk did not automatically close so I had to do that manually each time.
