Isabel was an amazing host! Her Hyundai Santa Fe was clean, comfortable, reliable, and perfect for our week-long vacation. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. We rented this 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE for a family trip through California, and it was the perfect choice. It was incredibly spacious, the seats were exceptionally comfortable for long stretches of driving, and it handles beautifully. It felt safe, luxury tier clean, and had more than enough room for all of our luggage. Would absolutely rent again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It was my first Turo car rental and I’m hooked! My BMW was at the mechanic; and I was up against the wall to find an alternative plan for my church conference in San Diego. The SUV was awesome to drive, was spacious and smooth. It didn’t take 1-2 hours to wait and rent. The host was very polite and professional! I’m definitely going to make Turo my 1st choice when I need a fast rental service, courtesy and professional. The price was also great! Thank you so much for everything; because of you I didn’t miss a beat and was able to stay on schedule to and from San Diego. Had a wonderful trip from beginning to end. Also, when returning the rental, lots of ducks came out from nowhere to see me off lol that was the best feeling ever!

5 stars because I am a firm believer in customer service when issues arise and the host gave a solution. Car drove well! No issues, it was smooth, didn’t stall or overheat, we felt very safe. There was a hint of a smoke smell but it went away when driving with the windows down and AC. I appreciated the cleanliness of the cars interior aside from that. We took the car on a camping trip I was so grateful for how spacious it was when placing the back row down. Communication is wonderful! The host is very responsive, respectful, polite, and professional. I will definitely use their service again if needed in the future! I drove 40 minutes out to pick up because the rentals near my home didn’t seem reliable- I’m glad I did and would do it again- I decided based off of them not having any car issues or cancellations. This car doesn’t have Bluetooth or I couldn’t figure it out at least lol it also didn’t sync with my phone to play music but it did with my cousins (lightning cable not sure if that makes a difference). Thank you so much once again! I hope to rent again in the future!

The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove great throughout our trip. The host was incredibly accommodating and made the entire experience stress-free. Our flight schedule changed unexpectedly from a 10:00 PM arrival to 6:30 PM, and he quickly adjusted the pickup arrangements to make sure we had a vehicle waiting when we arrived. Excellent communication and outstanding customer service. We would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone using Turo.
