Great jeep! Very clean and served us well on our trip to temecula. The host was also amazing at arranging to drop off and pick up the car from the airport in Ontario. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy rental process in the area. Much better than renting from one of those big rental companies.
I had a great experience with this rental! One of the biggest pros for me was how long the gas lasted. With gas prices being so high, having a car that lasted me the entire week without needing to fill up was a huge plus. The car was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for me, my mom, and my two kids. I also really appreciated the convenience of having the car dropped off directly at baggage claim when I arrived. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I took an early 6 AM flight, so I paid the $30 fee to have the car dropped off inside the airport parking lot. Even with that, it was still extremely convenient because it only took about 2 minutes to get from the parking lot to check-in. Overall, I was very grateful for the experience. It was so much easier and more convenient than waiting in long rental car lines at Ontario Airport. I would definitely consider renting from this company again!
It was my first time ever using Turo, I went on the website/app the morning I booked the vehicle and the host was helpful from the time I submitted my request. It wasn't a problem that I booked the vehicle within a 2 hour window, it was ready for pickup after I verified! They were on top of it with the contacts, I was able to get a hold of them by all - email, text and phone. And they answered all my questions, even the ones that I thought were dumb. I was able to communicate with them through my check-in process and they were so very very helpful. I really liked the vehicle, clean no issues. Easy, safe pick up/ drop off too. The price was good and I was happy for the extended time. When I rent a car again I'm going to search for deals from this host.

This car was immaculate! It was very spacious, clean, and it had everything we needed. It fit my whole family of 8 plus our luggage, two strollers, and a car seat. David wad the best host! Very responsive and nice. The vehicle was very easy to find and the check in and check out process was super easy. I will definitely rent from him again.
I originally booked a different car but unfortunately that car wasn’t available. I had already arrived at the lot and Gabe was there to help me out! He was able to help accommodate me with a different car and gave me disclaimers about the car; for example it’s a bigger vehicle and usually eats a lot more gas (6 cylinder vehicle). I was okay with the swap especially since I had been rejected at Fox car rental prior to renting on Turo ($500 fees added on so I declined Fox Rental). No issues the entire trip! The car drove smoothly, AC works magnificently and roomy for suitcases and my party of 3 people. I would rent from Gabe and Hendi again. The car is an older model so there’s no Bluetooth audio or AUX cord plug in available for music, but there is Sirius XM and we had fun blasting early 2000’s radio station. The car drove smoothly!!! Would recommend renting from Gabe and Hendi!

I had a good experience renting the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. The car drove nicely and got me everywhere I needed to go without any issues. It was also GREAT on gas! I did quite a bit of driving back and forth from my hotel to my mom’s facility for four days, along with some shopping and going out to eat, and I only used about half a tank of gas, which was definitely a plus! The only issue I had was that there was an unusual smell inside the vehicle that I couldn’t quite pinpoint. I ended up purchasing some car air fresheners and disinfectant spray to help with it, and the host was very understanding and reimbursed me for what I purchased, which I really appreciated. Communication was great throughout my trip. Whenever I messaged him, he responded promptly, and both pickup and drop-off went smoothly. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely rent from him again when I need a vehicle for getting around locally. 😊
