SUV rental at LA/Ontario International Airport (ONT)

Great jeep! Very clean and served us well on our trip to temecula. The host was also amazing at arranging to drop off and pick up the car from the airport in Ontario. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy rental process in the area. Much better than renting from one of those big rental companies.

The reservation, pick up and drop off was the easiest part of my trip. I will certainly be using them for my future trips home. Thank you!!

This is the second time I rent a car with this company and once again it did not disappoint us. The car is reliable and clean. The owner is very patient and very understanding nice people. The quality of the car was very nice, leather interior and cold a/c, pick up location was in decent area along other rental cars. Had a great trip with my friends and made cherished memories along with laughs. Over all the Host was very pleasant and communicated very well. Will rent again!

I had a great experience with this rental! The car was wonderful to drive—it rode very smooth, was comfortable, and was AMAZING on gas. I didn’t even have to fill the tank until it was time to return it! I enjoyed driving it so much that I was actually considering getting one of my own. 😊 The host was also great. I messaged him with a question during my trip and he responded right away, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!

Isabel was an amazing host! Her Hyundai Santa Fe was clean, comfortable, reliable, and perfect for our week-long vacation. This car was immaculate! It was very spacious, clean, and it had everything we needed. It fit my whole family of 8 plus our luggage, two strollers, and a car seat. David wad the best host! Very responsive and nice. The vehicle was very easy to find and the check in and check out process was super easy. I will definitely rent from him again.

Host was awesome! Car was awesome! The whole process was awesome! Pickup and dropoff was a breeze. The host was very understanding of my “dad brain” moments I had on this trip. He was able to answer all of my questions and in a timely manner. Honestly, I am very grateful of the host as I really was all over the place mentally on my trip with my family. His messages were clear with instructions yet I still made the mistake of not reading the full message. And there were clear instructions about which key to use to actually start the car. I’d rent from him again! Car ran smooth and was maintained very well!

This Volkswagen Tiguan was wonderful to drive. It was easy to locate per instructions. We found it clean and ready to drive with a full tank of gas. I would definitely rent from this owner again. Being a newbie, first time Turo user, I found the app difficult to navigate. A simple step-by-step process would be much better. Getting lost in the app and having to start over made the process time-consuming and frustrating, especially in the dark. (Parking the car in a well lite area would be more favorable.) The same goes for checking in the car at the end of our trip. I thought I had done it right but I ended up getting “late checkin” messages from Turo. The owner did tell me to ignore these messages, so kudos to them. Give me “IKEA” instructions any time!

Mike’s Yukon was clean, comfortable, and ran perfectly. It was a great vehicle for our family, and everyone really enjoyed the ride. Mike was a great host and made everything easy. Would definitely rent from him again!

Enjoyed my experience using this Santa Fe on my trip to visit family! Car was neat, ran well and communication was great. I have a Santa Fe at home so it was nice to have a familiar ride. Will look forward to booking again on my next trip!
