Car was very nice and they made the pick up and drop off incredibly easy. I scheduled very last minute and they were still able to accommodate me.

Car was fine, finding it and returning it was a hassle. Didn’t expect $24 parking fee to exit parking at onset of lease
This guest was absolutely terrible, non communicative, and completely irresponsive to basic instructions. One star review was absolutely non justified, you had detailed instructions, you were late on your flight which caused extra parking, and you had an Apple Maps link guiding you right where to go. I’m sorry you feel that way, you had all the tools and resources to be successful and chose to be ignorant.
