The car quality and the host were both superb. The vehicle was very clean, well maintained, and drove beautifully throughout the trip.
The only challenge I experienced was with the pickup and drop off directions at the airport. Since I was unfamiliar with the airport layout, I got turned around a couple of times and ended up walking quite a long distance. A little more detailed guidance for travelers unfamiliar with the airport would make the process much smoother.
The added leather seat covers were also a little challenging at times because they made it harder for passengers to easily access and buckle their seat belts.
Overall, this was a great experience. My partner and I rented this vehicle specifically because we are considering purchasing a Subaru ourselves, and driving this car honestly made us feel even more confident about that decision. It really highlighted how comfortable, reliable, and quality made these vehicles are. I would absolutely rent from this host again.

Host was very responsive and navigating to the economy pick up lot was easy to follow. Will note that CarPlay did not work which was one of the reasons why we booked the vehicle but we appreciated that the trunk had plastic liner for durability given we ran into all different weather during our stay.
