Amazing experience! Completely seamless and great communication. Car was just what we needed!

One of the Front headlights is out and there is no license plate on the rear of the car. Those should be disclosed prior to renting.
Guest provided no evidence or pre-trip photos showing the missing license plate or issue with the headlight. Turo damage claims agent also determined guest was responsible for the missing license plate since it happened during his trip.
Guest made no attempt to contact me on any of these issues during his booking. Would have gladly swapped vehicles.
