Very fun and attractive car; gets a lot of attention. Would rent again.

The vehicle had a very distinct smoke smell. I had to return the vehicle after only an hour in the vehicle ( I planned to have it for three days). The host also lost the parking ticket, causing me to pay for a days worth of parking out of pocket. The host did let me know he would reimburse but nonetheless it was a huge inconvenience. The host didn’t offer an alternative, the support team asked if he did. I ended up having to go with a different rental facility due to the huge inconvenience and delay.

The smoke odor was traced to a prior renter who violated the no-smoking policy, and the vehicle was immediately removed from service for professional smoke remediation. I also apologize for the parking ticket issue and understand how disruptive this was. Your feedback helped ensure this was corrected right away.
