The car was clean, reliable, easy pick up and drop off!! No complaints at all!!

Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating and stressful rental experience. The vehicle was not properly cleaned and had a strong odor inside. It appeared the vehicle had not been thoroughly cleaned before my pickup.
There were also several mechanical and safety concerns. The brakes were stiff and made a loud noise every time they were pressed and released. The interior door unlock button did not work properly, the remote lock buttons did not work, and I had to manually lock and unlock the doors. Even after manually locking the doors, they appeared to still be accessible, which made me uncomfortable leaving anything inside the vehicle.
The most serious issue was that the vehicle shut off on me twice during my trip. I had to have my own mechanic come out to help me get the vehicle started. Having a vehicle unexpectedly shut off while you’re relying on it for transportation is a major safety concern and made me extremely uncomfortable continuing to drive it.
The host was also not responsive when I needed assistance. I ultimately had to return the vehicle, and Turo had to assist me with arranging another vehicle.
This situation caused me to miss work and created a significant disruption to my plans. Overall, I was very disappointed with the condition and reliability of the vehicle. I would not book this vehicle again based on my experience.
