Location pick up was dark with several rats in neighborhood area of where car was parked

Not sure what area you are talking about because my pick up location is loaded with lights. Also, I have never seen a rat in 6 years of being there and not one person in 26k trips have ever mentioned anything like this. This is a very unfortunate review.
Car quality was okay (this was mentioned up front). Had a delayed pick up issue that thankfully got resolved. Communication could be stronger. Overall had a decent trip
