Great pickup and drop off. Car is clean and drives well. Had an issue with a huge storm and response was swift and so kind. Highly recommend!!!

Car was great. Communication on where the car was great. Had issues prior to the trip. Not the greatest, but was unable to cancel or adjust as needed due to Turo rules. The car owner was not helpful in any way and was not at all understanding.

I experienced several unforeseen delays with Amtrak during my commute to Chicago that were completely out of my control, and I was concerned about a possible cancellation with Turo. Fortunately, the host was very understanding and stayed in communication with me throughout my trip.
The pickup process was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and fuel-efficient. To top it off, the car came with a full tank of gas.
I highly recommend this host, and whenever I'm back in the Windy City, I will gladly book with them again. Thank you!
