Perfect for a road trip

When I picked up the car it was very late (2am) and location it’s parked had no street lights. So I find a parking lot and take pics. What was wrong… The plates are expired WHICH I GOT PULLED OVER FOR, change oil light on, the right turning signal is out in the front, the left rear reverse light is out, horn doesn’t work, there is no automatic start, the locks only work with keys meaning you can NOT hit unlock from the buttons inside the car, the car looked clean but when I touched the lever to adjust the seat, the ac went out several times (and of course it was 90 those times). it’s sticky as well as the part of the trunk where the spare goes. The outlets don’t work and the usb only connects to the car but doesn’t charge the phone. I was planning to use the outlet for my breast pump so that I can use it while driving but since I could I had to stop to pump which delayed the trip. When you go over 55mph under the hood makes a buzzing noise and sounds like something is about to fly off. This car was NOT what I considered to be safe. Unfortunately I picked up this vehicle late at night so I knew it was nothing I could do as far as any possibility to swap it out. We had a 10 hour drive with our family including small children under 2, and a vehicle that we were unsure if it could stand the drive. The worst part was that when I messaged about the things that were wrong, the message was read but never even acknowledged. Just a simple “I’m sorry that wasn’t working prior to your trip that you paid OVER $1000 for” would have been at least some kind of accountability! We did make there and back tho. So that’s the reason for my rating wasn’t lower but I also was ready to be done with the vehicle and all it’s problems so I cut my trip by a few days. This was my 1st time using Turo btw… bad experience for your 1st time.
