Great car, very clean, and host communicated well.

Car was in good shape. Worked well for us. Needed larger vehicle because family was visiting.

Truly enjoyed every ride in this vehicle! Host responded quickly, great on gas, clean and I will definitely be using this car again:)

This hybrid vehicle offered excellent gas mileage and had comfortable seating for our family of six.

Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several important areas. The vehicle was not at the airport at the scheduled start time of our rental. We attempted to contact the owner through Turo, left a voicemail, and sent a text message but did not receive an immediate response. We then contacted customer support, who initially could not reach the owner but were eventually able to connect with him. Around that time, we received a message from the owner explaining where he was coming from and apologizing for being late.

Given that this reservation was made weeks in advance, the lack of proactive communication about the delay did not meet expectations. The owner arrived approximately 50 minutes late, leaving our family waiting outside with small children.

Additionally, while loading the trunk, it became clear that the vehicle is regularly smoked in, which was not disclosed and did not meet our expectations. Our children frequently complained about the smoke smell, and we spent hours driving with the windows fully open trying to air out the vehicle. It was not until four days into our week-long rental that the smell became less overpowering. As someone who recently had surgery to improve my breathing (on 3/23), and as a parent traveling with four young children, this was especially difficult and disappointing.

We understand that availability can be limited during Spring Break, and unfortunately there were no alternative Turo vehicles available at the time.

Lastly, the tires are significantly worn, and the vehicle does not feel safe to drive in heavy rain conditions.

Overall, while the vehicle itself had some positives, the issues with timeliness, communication, cleanliness, and safety made for a disappointing experience.

Fantastic car and experience. Best Turo experience yet.
