I overall had a good experience using Amanda's car. I did however have issues with water getting inside of the car and soaking the inside mats and seats. I will say that despite this, I still had a good rental experience as Amanda and her husband were incredibly helpful and responsive the entire time.

Amanda and her husband were absolutely fantastic. After being let down on the first vehicle I rented, Turo booked me Amanda’s jeep. Her and her husband went out of their way to make sure I could get the vehicle. The jeep itself was perfect for our trip. Didn’t miss a beat. After the original let down by turo I wasn’t holding out much hope of being a first and last time user of the app. But Amanda and her husband changed all that.
Thank you both for helping to make our break what it was. You both deserve a lot more than 5 stars.
