I rented the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, and while the vehicle itself was excellent—it drove really smoothly and got me to my business meetings safely—the pickup location was a bit inconvenient, and we had to wait over 25 minutes for the co-host to arrive. Unfortunately, the co-host’s hospitality and customer service weren’t very pleasant or welcoming. Overall, great car, but the host experience could definitely improve.
