Everything was fine except the app listed a different license plate that what was on the car. So, when we went to parking lot to pick up the car we were searching everywhere for the wrong plate!

Hello Rocco! Glad the vehicle and trip was successful. As far as the license plate, as we’ve discussed, the lot assigns numbers that are on the windshield. That was the number to look for. Otherwise, thank you for feedback.
