The start of the trip was NOT good. Santi was very hard to get a hold of and Turo customer service had to be involved. He arrived with the car about 2hrs later. He did apologized and offer to cover toll fees and extra mileage if any. Upon the return of the rental, the instructions were not clear as to where to meet him so again trying to be in contact with him but he was not available. Turo had to be involved again. Due to the lack of Santi response, I had gotten confirmation from turo to return car at a turo approved parking garage. The car itself was no trouble but the lack of clear prompt communication was the reason for this 1 star.

Yeah so Alexandra only communicated with me at the moment she was there and at the moment she dropped off the car. I have 13 vehicles on here, and sometimes can’t be on my phone at all times. If she would’ve communicated these things earlier, there wouldn’t have been any problems.

Amazing host! He was wonderful both for the pickup and the return of the car. Super flexible, friendly, and always available whenever I needed anything.
The car was clean, looked brand new, and everything was perfect. I loved the whole experience so much that I rented the exact same car from the same host twice during my trip! And whenever I come back to Miami, I’ll definitely book with him again.
