Smooth vehicle. Pickup and Dropoff was also smooth at a secure location in NJ not too far from the airport.

Car quality was great. But I didn’t see anywhere that they would HAND reliever the keys instead of just leaving the key with the car. So when we weren’t there on time they called and said we had to now pick it up from them. We were getting off a cruise so it was hard to know when we would be off. Very inconvenient. If we weren’t staying close to the pick up area it wouldn’t have worked for us. Also got charged $50 for a delivery fee when we didn’t even get it delivered.
