The service was top tier. I booked this vehicle from the airport after my prior reservation was cancelled hours before my pickup which disappointed me but God knew I needed this service and experience for future trips.
It was easy to book and the communication along with instructions for pickup was easy to follow and timely. The shuttle showed up exactly how they said it would and in the time frame stated. Once we arrived the car was there parked in front and ready for us. We were greeted by a gentleman that told us what we needed to know an answer all of my questions. Upon return we left behind a important document I called and spoke with some one and asked if they could ship the documents and the response was absolutely and was given instructions on how to go about that process as well. Overall I would give the a 50 out of a 10. Moving forward using Turo in the Tri state area I will always use this company. Looking forward to my next booking.
