The Kona is a small SUV that seats 5 people! It's great on GAS and is a smooth ride. Pick up was easy and Keith (host) was great! Be mindful of driving at night. The headlights are odd, they are not directed straight ahead. I initially thought the lights were out or one light was too dim but then I looked it up and apparently there was a recall for the headlights because of this issue. I COULD still see, but it was just odd. Other than that I would definitely rent this car again. GREAT ON GAS!!

Giving a bad review because you were charged for incidentals is unfair. All of our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before each trip. There was never issues with tires as they are all brand new within the last 6 months. Unfortunately with rental vehicles some guests do spill things and we do our very best to clean them including steam cleaning the upholstery and seats on a daily basis as well as full details. Thanks for the feedback regardless of how untrue they are.
