Was expecting interior and exterior conditions of car to be more pristine.

Giving a bad review because you were charged for incidentals is unfair. All of our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before each trip. There was never issues with tires as they are all brand new within the last 6 months. Unfortunately with rental vehicles some guests do spill things and we do our very best to clean them including steam cleaning the upholstery and seats on a daily basis as well as full details. Thanks for the feedback regardless of how untrue they are.

Quick response very accommodating car rides smooth I had to drop my daughter off at college and the vehicle was roomy enough for us good on gas car was clean.. no issues and came with Ezpass which made the trip better .. Will rent again next month
