Caring host!
Unfortunately other customers don't follow rules and smoke in vehicles and Turo doesn't fully enforce the policy. I did let you know beforehand someone smoked in it

Vehicle, although listed as No Smoking Allowed, had a horrible stench of cigarette smoke, which was covered up with over a half dozen very strong air fresheners. Interior was dirty and exterior passenger side was covered in bird feces. Car stalled a few times when the weather was damp. Owner did respond to concerns, we cleaned upon pickup and before we returned it, and left it definitely better than we received it.
I don't smoke personally and nor does my co-host..car was left clean ready for pickup...sorry you didn't like turos response to picking up car early and having to pay more that's not something I can change. Car drives extremely well and I've been told that over an over based on five star reviews.. Theres an auto start option which does at times heistate when you press brake but that's normal for all cars I've been in with this feature..wish you well !
